Meet the founder: Kristen Gilkison is a Physician Assistant, fitness and nutrition enthusiast, and mom. With a passion for preventive medicine and helping others lead healthier lives, Kristen set out to create something that bridged the gap between clean nutrition and real-life convenience.
Combining her love for baking with her clinical background, she began developing protein bars that supported wellness without sacrificing flavor. As someone with Celiac Disease, Kristen understands firsthand the frustration of finding gluten-free products that are both safe and enjoyable—which is why every timbar is certified gluten-free and free from most major allergens.
Kristen was inspired to create a bar that felt like a treat but was packed with purpose—made with real ingredients, rich in plant-based protein and fiber, and naturally sweetened with honey.
