It started with the obvious - I liked baking. During the years of trying out different professions, only one thing got me excited about work: watching people enjoy something I created. I knew I wanted to have as many people who loved my baked goods as possible. Eventually, I moved on to culinary school, and the idea of owning my own bakery cemented itself in my mind.

Over the years I’ve worked in other people’s bakeries, and I’ve learned a lot. I’ve spent countless hours studying. Reading recipes, testing them, learning the chemistry of what happens at each step of the process. Understanding how to solve problems, and perfecting my process. Now I’m excited to say I’m baking for myself and my community.

I believe baking can be used as a positive force in the world. After all, what would the world be without birthday cakes? Bread for sandwiches? Your morning croissant with coffee? Sure, everything would continue on, but would you enjoy it as much? I want to provide beautiful, delicious breads and pastries made with high-quality ingredients for everyone to enjoy <3
