Vietnamese Eggroll Bar was started in 2017 as a way to bring traditional Vietnamese food to Indiana.  After Claire Hoang’s parents retired, they joined her in Indiana from Vietnam.  After a year of learning English, they wanted to get involved in the community and with their love of cooking, the eggroll business was born.  They focus on fresh, high-quality ingredients and fry the eggrolls on site.  Looking for a foodie adventure?  They also offer group classes on how to make eggrolls – ask them for more information.
